IRC Members Predict Sufficient Power for 2009 Summer Demand

Demand Response Characteristics Available For Download
April 28, 2009 - During 2007 and 2008, members of the ISO/RTO Council led the development of business practices for the measurement and verification of wholesale electricity demand response. In addition to participating in the development of the business practices, IRC members have mapped all current demand response product and service characteristics to these standards. The analysis provides examples of how the standards may be implemented and transparency of existing demand response programs and services.
